It must be that I've been lazy for two days (probably because of the cold) but I'm managing to survive with what I have at home without having to go shopping. Today with these cheese and garlic tartlets that would have to be called subsistence tartlets.
The tartlets I had more than the ones I made of mushrooms, garlic and serrano ham, cream I always have, the cheese and garlic from the avalanche of the other day. Almost the same ingredients, but totally different recipe.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 12 medium tartlets, 1 egg, 100 ml of cream, 30 g of red cheddar, 30 g of gouda, 4 garlic and salt.
How to make cheese baskets and garlic
We just have to mix the cream with the egg.
We add the chopped garlic, the chopped cheese and mix.
Fill the tartlets and bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
