From July 6 to 9, the summer course The Culinary Space, New Proposals of the Current Kitchen will be held within the Ferrán Adrià Chair of the Camilo José Cela University. Four days where we will talk about food, cuisine, current affairs and future trends.
The Ferrán Adrià Chair saw its beginnings in 2004 with the objective of bringing the gastronomic world closer to the university environment through the promotion of studies in the field of food science.
One of the Main activities of the Chair It is precisely to make a summer course aimed at students, both university and hospitality schools and professionals of kitchens and departments that perform their work in gastronomy.
At summer course Starting tomorrow, attendees will be able to see first-hand the new trends of the first kitchens of the Spanish panorama, they will be able to talk about preservatives that respect the environment and the nature of food, share about social networks and talk about sustainable cooking. As well as attending, surely for the attendees it is the best of all, to different tasting workshops of top quality products: cava, foie, bread, a very special tasting of black pudding from Burgos, etc.
