I have always been interested, the possibilities of honey in the kitchen. Every day is less used and it is a shame because we are losing a very bad habit. That's why when I accidentally stumbled upon a book where a brief explanation of a honey sauce appeared, I began to turn it over to a complete elaboration. Here I present the result of so much return, the recipe of Fried peaches with honey sauce.
1 cup of warm water, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1/2 cup of honey, 3 tablespoons of butter, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, 2 peaches, cinnamon, a pinch of vanilla sugar.
The preparation of fried peaches
Peel the peaches and cut them into thin slices.
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, put the peaches and sprinkle with the cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Let them cool slightly and remove them when they are golden brown, remove and reserve hot.
Dissolve the cornstarch with warm water, pour into a saucepan over low heat, and while stirring, add the honey, the remaining butter and the lemon zest. Beat until you get a smooth dough.

We put the slices of warm peach on the serving plate and water it with the honey sauce. We decorate with some species cookie or with a wafer.
This dessert can also be made with plums, apples, oranges or any fruit we like. It is preferable that we choose acidic fruits, since with the sweet honey sauce a fantastic contrast is achieved.
