  • Medium pumpkin 1
  • Sweet Onion 0.5
  • 50 g blue cheese
  • Sobrasada to taste
  • Fresh Mozzarella 0.5
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh or dried thyme to taste
  • Ground black pepper
  • Dried oregano to taste

How to make mini pumpkin pizzas with blue cheese and sobrasada

Start preparing the pumpkin. It can be cooked or roasted in the oven, until the meat is very tender. Cook it with the onion and crush it with a little oil and some milk, if it is too thick. Has to stay a creamy texture. Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 200º C and prepare a tray. Stretch the pizza doughs and cover each with a layer of pumpkin. Spread blue cheese and sobrasada to taste. Add cheese to gratin and season with oregano and black pepper.

Bake the mini pizzas until the cheese has melted well to the desired point. Remove carefully. Add some fresh thyme and oregano to taste before serving.
