  • Saffron, 2 envelopes of threads
  • Sherry wine 120 ml
  • Chicken Broth 200 ml
  • Sultanas raisins 80 g
  • 20 g pine nuts
  • Fresh thyme to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

We will begin heating the oil in a pan and browning chicken stilt on both sides for a few minutes. Once the surface is golden brown, we reserve them in a fountain.
