Lemon cake with All-Bran® topping

Ingredients for 12 portions

  • 80 g of butter, 500g of All-Bran® Flakes, 60ml of egg, 350ml of condensed milk, 350ml of evaporated milk, 50ml of lemon juice, 5g of lemon zest

How to make a lemon cake with All-Bran® topping

To make the base, we mix the softened butter with the crushed All-Bran® Flakes. Then we add a beaten egg and work until get a paste with which we line a mold circular.

We shape the base with our hands, completely covering the bottom and climbing up the mold walls a bit. Once the base is formed, the Bake at 180º in the oven for 15 minutes So that it hardens.

In a bowl, mix the condensed milk with the evaporated milk, the juice of 9 lemons and the zest of a lemon. We mix well for integrate all ingredients in a homogeneous way and we dump that mixture on the basis of All-Bran® Flakes.

To decorate the cake, sprinkle with lemon zest and place a very thin slice in the central area. Store in the refrigerator, allowing it to cool until completely set, at least for 1 hour and a half, serving it very cold.
